Agreement

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these terms. Shepherd Window Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services across Palm Beach County and surrounding areas.

Quotes and estimates

All quotes are free and non-binding until you accept. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may adjust if property conditions differ substantially from what was described.

Scheduling

We confirm appointments by text or phone. Weather-related reschedules are free of charge. Same-day customer cancellations may incur a trip charge.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not 100% satisfied with our work, we return at no charge to make it right. The guarantee applies within 7 days of service completion. Contact us and we'll schedule a return visit.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept credit card, check, ACH, and Zelle. Invoices include detailed service notes.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Shepherd Window Cleaning offers an SMS text messaging program to communicate with customers. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to: appointment confirmations and reminders, quote requests and follow-ups, service scheduling and updates, billing notifications, and occasional promotional offers.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our website. Message frequency and rates: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Privacy: For details on how we collect and handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We're licensed and insured. Our general liability and workers' compensation coverage is available on request. We are not liable for damage from pre-existing property conditions, defective glass/seals, or owner-installed fixtures.

Photos & testimonials

We may photograph before/after results for portfolio, marketing, and social media use. Property addresses are never published. You can opt out by telling your technician on-site.
